Questions people ask
Does it cost more to book with a travel agent?
No. Cruise lines and tour companies pay us a commission, so you pay the same price as booking yourself. We do not charge booking fees, and our group rates often save you money.
Can you plan a trip for our church or club group?
Yes, it is one of our favorite things to do. For groups of 10 or more we arrange group pricing, private events and a simple sign-up sheet. With enough travelers, the group leader often travels free.
Do I need a passport for a cruise?
For some cruises that start and end in a US port, a birth certificate and photo ID can be enough. We always recommend a passport, and we will check the rules for your exact trip.
What if I need to cancel?
Every trip has its own cancellation rules, and we explain them in plain words before you book. We also help you choose travel insurance that covers illness and other surprises.
Are your trips good for people who walk slowly or use a cane?
Many are. We mark how much walking each trip has, and we can request accessible cabins, wheelchairs at the airport and seats near the front of the coach.
